2006 SCHOOL REHABILITATION EFFORTS
In 2006, AIU prioritized improving the dire conditions of elementary schools in Amauzari after viewing concerning images of their state. During the Atlanta convention, members voted to allocate $6,000.00 for immediate repairs, including re-roofing the Central School Amauzari Assembly Hall. Letters of appreciation were received from school officials and staff, acknowledging AIU's efforts
